SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS & FULFILLMENT

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party partners, print-on-demand providers, or manufacturers. Fulfillment methods may vary based on availability, location, or inventory considerations.

SECTION 6 – BILLING, PAYMENT & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, delay, or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear suspicious, abusive, automated, intended to test payment methods, affected by technical or system errors, or placed in violation of these Terms or our policies.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information and to update such information as necessary. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if address verification, payment verification, identity confirmation, or other review is required.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for orders submitted through their account using payment credentials they provide, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 6A – ORDER REVIEW, VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
All orders placed through our store may be subject to automated or manual review to protect customers, Tiny Chihuahua Shop, payment networks, and service providers from fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, and misuse of the Service.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify an order, including confirmation of billing or shipping information. Failure to provide requested verification may result in an order being delayed or cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order before shipment if we reasonably believe that the order:
- may be fraudulent or unauthorized;
- contains inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information;
- was placed through automated means or for payment-testing purposes;
- is abusive or intended to misuse a promotion, refund, replacement, or goodwill accommodation;
- is affected by a pricing, inventory, listing, technical, or system error; or
- otherwise violates these Terms or any policy incorporated into these Terms.
In cases involving pricing inaccuracies, inventory discrepancies, listing errors, or technical issues, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund. We are not obligated to honour an incorrect price, erroneous listing, or order generated through a technical malfunction.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is complete, accurate, and able to receive the merchandise. Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by address corrections, verification requests, customs processing, carrier interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 6B – PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS
By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that
- they are the authorized holder of, or are otherwise authorized to use, the payment method submitted for the transaction;
- the billing name, billing address, and other payment information provided are accurate and complete;
- the shipping address provided is accurate and is authorized to receive the ordered merchandise;
- the order information submitted reflects the products and quantities the customer intends to purchase; and
- the customer accepts responsibility for orders submitted through their account using the information and payment credentials they provide, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Where payment information is successfully verified through a payment processor's systems, including Address Verification Service (AVS) or comparable verification, and the order is shipped or delivered to the address designated during checkout, those facts may be relied upon as evidence that the transaction was consistent with the representations made by the customer at checkout.
Nothing in these Terms makes any single verification result, address match, authorization response, tracking record, or delivery confirmation conclusive proof that a transaction was authorized. Nothing in these Terms limits any right a customer may have under applicable law to report or dispute a genuinely unauthorized transaction.
SECTION 6C – ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION RECORDS
Tiny Chihuahua Shop and its service providers may generate, receive, maintain, and retain electronic records relating to an order, including:
- order and account records;
- payment authorization and processor responses;
- Address Verification Service (AVS) and other verification results;
- fraud-screening and risk-assessment results;
- IP address, device, browser, session, and website transaction information where available;
- customer communications;
- shipping labels, tracking events, carrier records, and delivery confirmations; and
- refund, cancellation, dispute, and chargeback records.
Subject to applicable law, these records may be retained and relied upon as evidence concerning the placement, authorization, processing, fulfilment, delivery, refund, or disputed status of a transaction.
SECTION 6D – PAYMENT DISPUTES & FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
Customers experiencing an issue with an order are encouraged to contact Tiny Chihuahua Shop before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible so that the matter may be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved directly.
Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's right to dispute a genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent transaction in accordance with applicable law or applicable payment-network procedures.
However, a customer must not knowingly, recklessly, or in bad faith submit a materially false payment dispute, chargeback, fraud claim, non-delivery claim, or other representation concerning an order.
If a customer knowingly, recklessly, or in bad faith initiates a materially false claim regarding an order that was validly placed, processed, fulfilled, shipped, or delivered, Tiny Chihuahua Shop reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including seeking recovery of:
- the unpaid purchase price;
- chargeback and payment-processing fees;
- reasonable administrative expenses directly resulting from the false claim;
- collection costs where permitted by law;
- court costs and legal fees where recoverable; and
- any other damages or remedies permitted by applicable law.
A payment processor's or card issuer's decision concerning a chargeback does not, by itself, conclusively determine whether a customer acted fraudulently, breached these Terms, or is legally liable to Tiny Chihuahua Shop.
Repeated abusive refund requests, knowingly false delivery claims, payment testing, misuse of replacements or goodwill accommodations, or other conduct intended to obtain products or services without valid payment may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of future service, account restrictions, and pursuit of remedies available under applicable law.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Use of optional tools is at your own discretion and risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or materials. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
SECTION 9 – USER COMMENTS & SUBMISSIONS
You grant us the right to use comments, feedback, or submissions you provide without obligation to compensate or maintain confidentiality.
You may not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
SECTION 9A – REVIEWS, USER-GENERATED CONTENT & PROMOTIONAL USE
By submitting a review, comment, image, video, or other content through our website or any third-party review platform integrated with our store, you grant Tiny Chihuahua Shop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content for business, marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes.
