Meet Lorely, the artist behind Cedric & Maya

Lorely is the artist behind the Cedric and Maya illustrations throughout our shop. Our collaboration began when Cedric’s mum spotted Lorely’s fan art of Cedric on Instagram and commissioned an illustration. That first artwork helped shape Cedric’s visual identity and grew into the art you see on products today.

From fan art to the shop

Cedric’s mum first discovered Lorely’s fan art of Cedric through an Instagram notification. She loved the drawing and commissioned Lorely to create more illustrations and designs. That first commission helped shape Cedric’s visual identity. Since then, Lorely has illustrated Cedric, Maya and their Chihuahua friends.

The idea for a shop that shares Cedric and Maya’s joy became possible through our collaboration with Lorely. Her artwork now appears on products made for fans and little-dog homes.

A note from Lorely

Hi there! I’m Lorely, a Mexican graphic designer and illustrator. I’ve loved drawing since I was little, so making art for a living feels like a dream come true.

I love creating things that make people smile and working with people (and furry friends) who share positive ideas. Together, we can make the world a brighter place.

I hope you enjoy the fun things Cedric and I create! Want to see more of my work or talk about a project? Follow me on social media or send me a DM—I’d love to hear your idea.

Let’s create magic together! ✨
