United States Shipping 🇺🇸

We proudly ship across the United States.

Processing time: Most orders are prepared within 1–5 business days.

Delivery time: The most accurate delivery estimate is always shown at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

Duties & Tariffs: U.S. orders are typically shipped using Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) services, meaning applicable import duties and tariffs are included in the total shown at checkout.

In most cases, U.S. customers will not be asked to pay additional customs charges upon delivery. However, customs procedures, carrier practices, and trade regulations may change. In rare or unforeseen circumstances, additional fees imposed by authorities or carriers may apply and are outside our control.

If you encounter an unexpected customs-related charge, please contact us and we will review the situation with you.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


Canada Shipping 🇨🇦

We ship nationwide across Canada.

Processing time: 1–5 business days depending on the item and fulfillment method.

Delivery timelines and shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


International Shipping 🌍

We ship internationally, including the United Kingdom, European Union countries, and other global destinations.

Delivery times vary by location and carrier. The most accurate estimated delivery date is displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Charges: For countries outside the United States and Canada, we may not be required to collect VAT, sales tax, or import duties at checkout. In those cases, local customs authorities or carriers may request payment of taxes, duties, or processing fees before delivery.

These charges, when applicable, are determined by your country’s regulations and are outside our control.


Order Processing

Some products, including made-to-order or third-party fulfilled items, require production time before shipping.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin once an item has been produced and handed to the carrier. Production times may vary based on product type, fulfillment partner, and order volume.

If your order contains multiple items fulfilled from different locations, they may arrive in separate shipments.


Tracking & Notifications

Tracking information is provided by email once your order ships, when available.

Some international or third-party fulfilled shipments may not include full end-to-end tracking.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Lost Shipments

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement.

If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be provided.
