Our print-on-demand approach allows us to bring you exclusive chihuahua-themed items, each crafted with the intention of becoming a treasured addition to your life. From our apparel to our accessories, we strive to encapsulate the delightful essence of your beloved miniature companions.
Please Note: All of our charming items, from tees to totes, are printed to order. We don’t stock inventory, which means every product is uniquely made just for you!
Unhappy with your order? We’re here to help! Before returning any products, please reach out to our customer care team by emailing info@tinychihuahuashop.com. Unauthorized returns and merchandise returned to the manufacturer without contacting customer service will not be processed correctly.
Handling Damaged Goods
If, unfortunately, you receive your order in a damaged state:
- Immediate Action: Document the damage by taking clear photographs of the item.
- Report: You must report the issue and contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for the report to be valid. Please reach out to us by emailing info@tinychihuahuashop.com.
- Assessment: Upon receiving your report and assessing the evidence, we will determine the eligibility for a replacement.
- Replacement: If your report is approved, a replacement item will be produced and dispatched at no additional cost to you. Please note that replacements are the sole remedy for damaged goods; refunds are not offered.
Returns
Our descriptions and size charts on each product page are there to help you make the perfect choice. Please review them before finalizing your order.
Currently, our policy does not permit returns as all items are uniquely crafted to order, and we do not keep a stock inventory. Should you need to adjust your order details, please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of your order submission. While we typically process orders to our production team without delay, contacting us within this 24-hour window may allow us to accommodate your modifications.
Received the wrong item? That’s on us. Let us know promptly, and we’ll send you the correct product without requiring a return of the mistaken one — it's yours to keep!
Refunds (if applicable)
We don't offer refunds, credits, or replacements unless a product is found damaged upon arrival. Should a refund be necessary, we offer store credit so you can find another item that captures your heart.
Store credit will be offered for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong items where you opt not to receive a replacement
- Items with missing parts upon delivery
Refunds as store credit are not available for:
- Sale items
- Personalized items
- Gift cards

Changed your mind? Contact us quickly, as we’ll attempt to halt production. Our window for order cancellation is tight — we can only try within 24 hours after you’ve placed your order.
Shipping
Our products are shipped globally from partners around the world, with standard delivery times after production ranging from 3-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit refunds if applicable.
